Return Policy

We want you to be certain.

Every piece is inspected before it leaves us. If a ready to ship piece is not right for you, you may return it on the terms below.

Ready to ship (in stock) items

Please request your return within 14 days of delivery by contacting us with your order number. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

The piece must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition, with all original packaging and documents.
Pieces that have been modified, engraved, or resized by anyone other than Atelier Angelle cannot be returned.
Returns showing any signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.
If the IGI report is missing, a $100 fee for its replacement will be deducted from your refund.

How returns work

Once your request is approved, we will arrange an insured collection from your address through our courier. Please have the piece packed in its original packaging and ready for collection.
The cost of the collection is deducted from your refund.
Any duties or taxes charged on the return shipment are your responsibility. We will provide the paperwork needed to mark the parcel as returned goods.
We inspect every return within 5 business days of arrival, and refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the piece.
Import duties and taxes paid on delivery are collected by your local customs authority, not by us, so we are unable to refund them. You may be able to reclaim them from your courier or customs office.
Shipping is complimentary on your original order, so there is no shipping charge to refund.

Exchange and credit

If the issue is size, shape, or metal, let us know when you request your return. We can arrange an exchange within the same 14 days and on the same conditions, or issue credit as a gift card, valid for twelve months.

Made to order and bespoke

Made to order and bespoke pieces are made individually, to your chosen size, metal, and specification, and are final sale. They cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Before any made to order or bespoke piece ships, we send you a film of it, worn on the hand or at the neck, so you can see exactly what you are receiving. Nothing leaves us until you confirm you are happy with it. Across roughly 10,000 pieces, this is how we have kept customer satisfaction close to total.

For bespoke commissions, two revisions at the design stage are included. Once a piece is in production, any changes are quoted individually.
If you cancel once your piece has entered production, which includes CAD design, stone procurement, or manufacture, a 20% service fee applies.
If the piece has been completed, a 50% service fee applies.

Warranty

Every Atelier Angelle piece carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If a stone works loose and you still have it, we will reset it at no cost.

The warranty does not cover loss or theft of a piece or stone, accidental damage, knocks, everyday wear, or pieces that have been altered or repaired by anyone other than Atelier Angelle. We can usually repair these; contact us for a quotation.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
